Registration fees for the pre-conference training day on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 are charged by course. A boxed lunch will be provided for participants registered in full-day courses. All other participants (in hour-long or half-day courses) may elect to order a boxed lunch for an additional fee.

SIM – IA – Session 4 (11am-12pm) – $20 (maximum of 6 participants)

Change in plans?
If you can no longer attend the conference, you may request a refund of your registration fee. If you cancel prior to August 19, 2026, your registration costs will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. If you cancel after August 19, 2026, you will not be guaranteed any refund, therefore we recommend finding a substitute to attend in your place. Substitutions may be made through September 2, 2026. You must contact registrations@iastate.edu for any cancellations or substitution requests.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Exhibitors will be located in the Bishop Pre Function concourse of the conference center. Each vendor area will include one 8’ skirted table, two chairs and a waste basket. Wireless internet and power will also be available. Each vendor booth comes with one complimentary conference registration which includes refreshments and lunch on September 16, but beverages only on September 15. A boxed lunch on September 15 may be purchased for $37.
The For-profit exhibitor fee is $700 per booth.
The Non-profit/Government Exhibitor fee is $250 per booth.
Vendors may display on both September 15 and 16. Additional exhibitor personnel can register for $100 (on or before August 1) or $135 (August 1 – September 4th.)
