Registration fees for the pre-conference training day on Thursday, September 8, 2022 are charged by course. A boxed lunch will be provided for participants registered in the ATLS and TOPIC courses. All other participants may elect to order a boxed lunch for an additional fee.

Advanced Trauma Life Support-10th Edition Refresher (ATLS) – This course is no longer being offered.*

Rural Trauma Outcomes & Performance Improvement Course (TOPIC) – $325 includes boxed lunch with a maximum of 40 participants. Registration costs for the first 25 participants will be $125 (price will automatically adjust at checkout)
Radiation Planning Workshop for Emergency Preparedness – $20
Region 7 Regional Disaster Health Response Ecosystem (RDHRE) Planning Workshop – $20
SIM – Hands On Trauma Skills Training using High Fidelity Simulation – $20

Change in plans?
If you can no longer attend the conference, you may request a refund of your registration fee. If you cancel prior to August 15, 2022, your registration costs will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. If you cancel after August 15, 2022, you will not be guaranteed any refund, therefore after August 15, 2022 we recommend finding a substitute to attend in your place. Substitutions may be made through August 30, 2022. You must contact email@example.com for any cancellations or substitution requests.
Exhibitor Registration for the Iowa 2022 Trauma & Preparedness is now closed.
Exhibitors will be located in the Bishop Pre Function concourse of the conference center. Each vendor area will include one 8’ skirted table, two chairs and a waste basket. Wireless internet and power will also be available. Each vendor booth comes with one complementary conference registration which includes refreshments and lunch on September 9, but beverages only on September 8. The For-profit exhibitor fee is $500 per booth. The Non-profit/Government Exhibitor fee is $250 per booth. Vendors may display on both September 8 and 9. Additional exhibitor personnel can register for $75.
