A group block has been set up at the Prairie Meadows Hotel located at 1 Prairie Meadows Dr. The Prairie Meadows Hotel is connected to The Meadows Events & Conference Center and is just minutes away from downtown Des Moines at Interstate 80 exit 142 in Altoona, IA. The hotel includes a pool, fitness center, business center, hotel lounge, complimentary parking, restaurant, café, and casino. Free parking is also available onsite and includes accessible parking and Super Hero parking. Superhero parking is available for active and reserved duty military, veterans, EMS personnel, law enforcement, and firefighters.

Accommodation
Please call the hotel directly to book your hotel room, as all rooms are the responsibility of conference attendees. There is a conference block and you will be allowed to book a room at the conference rate.

Change in plans?
If you can no longer attend the conference, you may request a refund of your registration fee. If you cancel prior to August 19, 2026, your registration costs will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. If you cancel after August 19, 2026, you will not be guaranteed any refund, therefore we recommend finding a substitute to attend in your place. Substitutions may be made through September 2, 2026. You must contact registrations@iastate.edu for any cancellations or substitution requests.
