The cost to attend the conference is $100.00. After October 29^th, the price increases to $125.00. The pre-conference tour is an additional $25.00.

Change in Plans?
If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute.  Cancellations made on or before October 29, 2025 will be refunded minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after October 29, 2025. All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing and sent to Registration Services at registrations@iastate.edu.
