Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel guest rooms.  

Note: Lodging reimbursement for State employees and GTSB partners (with approved travel in project agreement budget) will be processed at a maximum per night equal to the approved state rate of $80.00 + applicable taxes. Expense beyond this rate cannot be submitted for reimbursement.

Additionally, ANY venue submitted for reimbursement (at state rate or more) MUST have received the Human Trafficking Prevention Training Certification prior to said stay. Please contact your GTSB Program Administrator for any additional questions.
