Change in plans?
If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute (please contact us with the substitute’s name and contact information). Cancellations will be accepted less a $25 processing fee through 5:00 p.m. October 10, 2025. All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing and sent to Registration Services at registrations@iastate.edu.

Student/Postdocctoral speaker consideration: Submit abstracts by September 25th, 2025 to be considered for the “Best Talk Award” and eligibility for travel stipends.
