Abstracts must be submitted online by October 10th, 2025. However, for consideration to be selected as a student or postdoctoral speaker and thus be eligible for the “Best Talk Award” or “Best Poster Award”, graduate students and postdoctorals MUST submit abstracts by 5 PM on September 25, 2025.

In addition, a $250 travel stipend will be awarded to four students selected to deliver an oral presentation at GRASP. To apply, please complete the Travel Stipend Application Form as part of the abstract submission process by September 25th. In the form, describe how attending GRASP will contribute to your career development (max 120 words).
