Session Description: The basic tools of successful improv are the basic tools of successful recovery and human connection. In a safe and super-fun environment you’ll practice the learning objectives listed below.

Learning Objectives:

• Learn and demonstrate the following skills in relation to successful recovery: listening, public speaking, spontaneity, empathy, acceptance, awareness, presence, vulnerability and confidence.
