Exhibitors

Exhibitor registration for the 47th Iowa’s Annual Governor’s Conference on Substance Use will open soon.  Registration for Exhibitors ends on April 17th at noon so that the planning team has appropriate time to fulfill the needs of your Expo Booth.

Exhibitor booths will be displayed virtually. The cost for both days is $100 for non-profit and government and $150 for profit.

Exhibitors will receive:

  • Virtual Booth on the Expo page of our virtual platform on display for the entirety of the event, regardless of whether or not the registered representative is available to attend to their booth
  • Registration for ONE representative (additional registrations available at attendee rate – reach out to rdrong@iastate.edu for details)
  • Booth will feature 1 large high-resolution background image (1500×750 pixels or 2:1 ratio) behind 1 small high-resolution logo (1080 x 1080 pixels or 1:1 ratio)
  • Booth will feature: Exhibitor Name, Headline, About, Special Offer, and customizable ‘Register Interest’ button which generates an email to the booth representative (Characters limited)
  • Additional Information (Unlimited characters, rich text, embed widgets, videos, file downloads, links)
  • Booth is able to feature ONE of the following while unattended: YouTube Video, Wistia Video, Vimeo Video, or Google Slides
  • While Representative is attending their booth, they may toggle to turn on Video Chat to meet with their visitors face to face
  • Booths may have up to 10 people on video chat at a given time, and unlimited listen-only visitors
  • Booth can feature direct links to one of each of the following social media pages: Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Access to a Technical Support booth during conference hours
  • Representatives can build out the booth on their own, or they can request assistance from the organizers – contact rdrong@iastate.edu for more information

There will be limited space for exhibitors at the conference; please register as early as possible.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for the event, there will be a $7.50 plus 3% processing fee. Refunds will not be available after April 1, 2024. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Registration Services at registrations@iastate.edu​
