Continuing Education

CE Certificates from the Iowa Board of Certification were emailed to all participants on 5/28. Please double check your inbox and spam folders for an email from zmhanna@iastate.edu before reaching out with CE questions. Certain inboxes or internet settings have blocked the CE email due to the attachment; if you did NOT receive your certificate, please reach out to both registrations@iastate.edu and rdrong@iastate.edu so we can resend your file separately.  

Attestation forms are due by May 8th and are required for CE credits. CE certificates will go out by May 31st to the email address you used to register for the conference. Access the form by clicking here. If you haven’t received your CE certificate by June 1st, please reach out to rdrong@iastate.edu.

For this event, the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services applied for continuing education through Des Moines University for continuing medical education (CME) approval and the Iowa Board of Certification for approval. Certificates of completion that meet the requirements identified by the Social Work LicensureBehavioral Health Professionals Licensure, and Iowa Board of Certification will be sent from Iowa State University and Des Moines University for CMEs. All Certificates will be provided within one month after completion of the event.
