Continuing Education

Certificates will be provided to each attendee. Certificates for medical professionals will be provided by Des Moines University. Certificates that meet the requirements identified by the Iowa Board of Social Work, Iowa Board of Behavioral Science, and Iowa Board of Certification will be sent from Iowa State University. Certificates will be sent within sixty days of the event.

The Iowa Board of Social Work and the Iowa Board of Behavioral Science do not approve continuing education providers, sponsors or individual programs.

• This attestation form will be emailed to the email address used during your registration at the end of each day.
• Attestation forms must be completed by the end of the day by Thursday, May 9th.
• Your registration will be cross checked against your paid registration. Paid registration is required to receive credit.
