As of January 1st, all hotels in Iowa must have competed a Human Trafficking Prevention Training in order to receive public funds for state-funded events.

A block of rooms is being held at the Gateway Hotel & Conference Center will serve as the venue for the Awards Ceremony on Monday, March 7th. The Gateway Hotel & Conference Center features free parking, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, fitness facility, business center with workstations, and the onsite restaurant and bar, the IowaStater.
Gateway Hotel and Conference Center is located in Ames, Iowa, and is just a 10-minute walk from the campus of Iowa State University. From I-35, take the exit for US-30 West followed by the exit onto University Boulevard before turning south and then west onto Green Hills Drive.

When calling, mention you are attending the Extension Annual Conference to receive the discounted rate. Rooms will be held until Monday, February 14. After this date, rooms can be reserved based on availability.
