2024 Office Professionals Conference 

Call For Presenters 

Deadline for Submission:  Friday, June 21 

The Office Professionals Conference Planning Committee is seeking proposals for a keynote speaker and workshops for the Office Professionals Conference, which will take place on Tuesday, October 15, at the Memorial Union. The theme this year is Refresh. Refocus. Renew. This conference historically has around 100 attendees, with workshop sizes of around 15-25 individuals. 

The Office Professionals Conference serves as a platform for office professionals from the state and county offices to come together, exchange ideas, and learn from each other’s experiences. We typically offer sessions covering a wide range of topics, such as communication strategies, time management techniques, office technology advancements, and leadership development. Our aim is to provide attendees with valuable insights and practical tools that they can implement in their respective roles. 

We believe that your expertise and experience would greatly contribute to the success of our conference. Whether you have a unique perspective to share, innovative strategies to discuss, or best practices to present, we invite you to submit a proposal to become a presenter at the Office Professionals Conference 2024. 

Workshop Information: 

• Several workshop timeslots will be offered so we can work with your schedule. 
• We will offer two lengths of workshops. One 1.5-hour long session in the morning from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; all other sessions are 50 minutes and take place in the afternoon. 

Keynote Information: 

• The keynote typically kicks off our conference around 8:45 a.m. and is around 30-50 minutes long. 

If you are interested in presenting at our conference, please submit your proposal by June 21. The template for the proposal can be found on the next page.
