Call For Presenters

Deadline for Submission:  Friday, June 20

The Office Professionals Conference Planning Committee is seeking proposals for a keynote speaker and workshops for the Office Professionals Conference, which will take place on Tuesday, November 11, at the Iowa State Memorial Union. The theme this year is Embracing Change for Growth. This conference historically has around 100 attendees, with workshop sizes of around 15-25 individuals. 

The Office Professionals Conference serves as a platform for office professionals from the state and county offices to come together, exchange ideas, and learn from each other’s experiences. We typically offer sessions covering a wide range of topics, such as communication strategies, time management techniques, office technology advancements, and leadership development. Our aim is to provide attendees with valuable insights and practical tools that they can implement in their respective roles. 

We believe that your expertise and experience would greatly contribute to the success of our conference. Whether you have a unique perspective to share, innovative strategies to discuss, or best practices to present, we invite you to submit a proposal to become a presenter at the Office Professionals Conference 2025. 

Workshop Information: 

  • Several workshop timeslots will be offered so we can work with your schedule. 
  • All workshops will be 50 minutes. 

Keynote Information: 

  • The keynote typically kicks off our conference around 8:45 a.m. and is around 30-50 minutes long. 

If you are interested in presenting at our conference, please submit your proposal by June 20. The template for the proposal can be found on the next page.
