Refund Policy
If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute.  Cancellations made on or before November 9, 2025 will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after November 9, 2025. All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing and sent to Registration Services at registrations@iastate.edu.
