Booths may be set-up 5-7 pm on Sunday, November 26, or between 6:30 am – 7 am on Monday, November 27 in the Memorial Union
Space is limited for this conference, and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis after receipt of full payment.

Artwork for ads must be sent in advance for inclusion in the program. Artwork should be sent to kdelate@iastate.edu using the subject line “Ad for Conference”, no later than October 16, 2023.

If you ordered an ad last year, we will send you a copy and the guidelines for artwork in your registration confirmation. You may also choose to re-use an ad you have submitted to us in the past.
