Tours begin early on Thursday, Aug. 17. There are 20 vans or tour buses going to 18 different destinations.

Breakfast is offered from 6-8AM at Hilton Cloud Ballroom B and C. Be sure to allow enough time to have your breakfast before your tour loading time. Tour loading times and tour departure times are on the Webex Events App and are printed on your ticket.

Your Tour leader has already emailed you with Tour details. Be sure to double check the tour requirements listed in that email. Many Tours have clothing restrictions – for example closed-toe shoes and long pants.

However, if you have tour questions on Thursday morning, check with one of the tour coordinators in the lobby area of Hilton Cloud Ballroom B and C.

We will all gather at the Sukup End Zone Club at Jack Trice Stadium at Iowa State University at Ames for the evening dinner. Dinner is served from 5-7 p.m. Buses will be available for the return trip to the Hilton Des Moines Downtown.
