We hope you enjoyed your stay in Iowa, but don’t want you to leave without seeing the rural part of our great state. Plan to enjoy our Rise & Shine breakfast buffet sponsored by the Iowa Egg Council and the Iowa Poultry Association. Of course, we start out with fluffy scrambled eggs along with seasonal fruit, yogurt, pastries, potatoes, bacon, and orange, cranberry & apple juice. The buffet opens at 6AM in the Hilton Cloud Ballroom B & C and will close at 8AM. Be sure to plan enough time to eat prior to your tour loading time (printed on your tour ticket). Tour buses will be stocked with snack donations from Quaker/Pepsico, water from Fareway (an Iowa grocery chain), and milk from Fairlife.

Following the tours, the Farewell Dinner will be held at the Sukup End Zone on our Iowa State University campus sponsored by Sukup Manufacturing, Iowa Beef Industry Council, and John Deere & Company. Dinner includes a chopped wedge salad, ranch dressing, roasted red potatoes, fennel pollen roasted chicken with a mushroom demi, Steak Au Poivore red wine reduction, and assorted dessert bars. We will also have the bar open, but it will also be ‘cashless’ so bring your plastic! Buses are scheduled to return you to the Hilton from 6:30 to 8PM.

If you informed us of any special dietary restrictions through registration, you should have a small green card in your registration packet. Show this card to the wait staff during each meal and they can get you what you need.
