Exhibitors

Exhibitor registration for the 4th Annual Iowa Recovery Conference (Monday, Sept 21, 2026) is now open. Exhibitor booths allow organizations to share information directly with conference participants who elect to engage with them. There will be limited space for exhibitors at the conference; please register as early as possible.

The cost for an exhibitor booth is $150 for non-profit and government organizations and $400 for any for-profit entities.

Exhibitors will receive:

  • One skirted table, two chairs, and access to electricity, if requested.
  • Registration for one staff or representative (additional registrations available at attendee rate – reach out to rdrong@iastate.edu for details)

Restrictions and Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your exhibit and registration for the event, there will be a $15 plus 6% processing fee. Refunds will not be available after September 11th, 2026. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Registration Services at registrations@iastate.edu.

Exhibitors are not allowed to sell any merchandise at their booth, nor play music or videos with sound. Free items may be provided for conference participants so long as no additional requirements are made for attendees to receive them.

Registration to be a sponsor at the 4th Annual Iowa Recovery Conference is open; please contact Cody Crawford (cody.crawford@hhs.iowa.gov ) if you would like to apply to be a sponsor. Sponsor support allows us to keep the conference registration affordable for those who wish to attend. We appreciate the support of all our sponsors, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have about sponsoring. Registration for Sponsors ends on September 11th at 11:59PM CT to allow appropriate time to make necessary arrangements.

Diamond Sponsorship | $5,000
