Conference Purpose:

The 3rd Annual Iowa Recovery Conference will bring together national and local speakers to provide education and connection opportunities for individuals in recovery from substance use or working with the recovery community.  This event is a great opportunity for recovery coaches, peer support specialists, peer-run organization, recovery housing or recovery community center staff and volunteers, social workers, and other professionals interested in learning about what’s happening in the recovery community and hear the stories of those who prove that recovery is possible!

Iowa’s 3rd Annual Recovery Conference is sponsored by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (Iowa HHS) and coordinated by Iowa State University – Conference Planning and Management. Funding provided by state appropriations, the State Opioid Response (CFDA 93.788) federal grant.
