Welcome to the 2025 Big 12 Business Officers and Campus Partners Meeting. Iowa State is excited to host this year’s event, October 27^th – 29^th. We have a great schedule of events planned and look forward to having everyone visit our beautiful campus this fall. Registration will open in early June. Past participants will receive an email notification when registration is open.

History of the Big XII Business officer and Campus Partners Meeting

The Big 12 Business Officer and Enrollment Services meeting has a legacy spanning over 30 years, dating back to when it was the Big 8. Originally created for Business Officers and their teams to share ideas and best practices, this meeting is different than the typical conference format. Instead of featuring outside speakers, it provides networking opportunities and a forum for discussing current topics and shared challenges. The meeting has grown over the years to include more units outside the Business and Enrollment Services Offices. To reflect this growth, we have changed the name to Business Officers and Campus Partners. While the meeting lasts just three days, the relationships and connections made continue long after.
