Author Bios: Rob Davis has served the last 10 years as the City of Cedar Rapids Flood Control System Manager, with main responsibilities for planning, designing and construction of 7.5 miles and $1.2 billion in flood control through the heart of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Rob has worked in both the private and public sectors as a civil engineer, is a licensed professional engineer, and holds Envision Sustainability accreditation.
Teresa Stadelmann serves as the Practice Leader for Water Resources at HR Green. She also manages multiple projects in the areas of flood mitigation, stormwater design, and green infrastructure. Teresa is a licensed professional engineer and a certified floodplain manager. She is also the past chair of the Iowa Floodplain and Stormwater Management Association.
