Registration Fees (after January 6, 2025)
General attendee – $145
Student – $75

OPTIONAL – Additional meal for the evening banquet for a guest. (One banquet meal is included in registration fee). – $42

Registration includes refreshment breaks, evening banquet, breakfast buffet and conference materials.  Registration is for both days of the conference.  A single-day registration option is not available. 

Change in Plans?
Cancellations received prior to January 16, 2025 will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received after January 16, 2025 will not be refunded due to vendor commitments and deadlines. Substitutions may be made through January 22, 2025.   Substitutions and cancellations can be made by emailing registrations@iastate.edu.
