Student – $60

Registration Fees (January 15 – January 18)
General attendee – $145
Student – $75

OPTIONAL – Additional meal for the evening banquet for a guest. (One banquet meal is included in registration fee). – $45

Registration includes refreshment breaks, evening banquet, breakfast buffet and conference materials.  Registration is for both days of the conference.  A single-day registration option is not available. 

Change in Plans?
Cancellations received prior to January 14, 2026 will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received after January 14, 2026 will not be refunded due to vendor commitments and deadlines. Substitutions may be made through January 19, 2026.   Substitutions and cancellations can be made by emailing registrations@iastate.edu.
