In order to process and fulfill sponsorships, we ask for at least seven days’ notice prior to the conference if your company wishes to sponsor.

ASCE Sponsor Packages

Lunch Sponsor: $1,500

• Your company would be the exclusive lunch sponsor
• Your company will be recognized during the welcome remarks and closing remarks
• Your company’s logo will be displayed during lunch service
• Your company’s logo will be displayed on conference materials
• Your company’s logo will be displayed on this website
• Includes 1 complimentary registration for the conference plus a table or area dedicated for the display of any company materials or giveaways that you wish to furnish

Break Sponsor: $500

• Your company would be one of only two break sponsors
• Your company’s logo will be displayed at the break station during either the morning or the afternoon break
• Your company’s logo will be displayed on this website
• Includes 1 complimentary registration
