Abstract submission will open October 1st. 

Abstract submissions for both oral and poster presentations will be accepted. Abstract submission will open October 1st. The submission deadline is midnight CDT on February 1st, 2027. You will be notified of your acceptance

Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and should be 11-point Arial font. Posters can be any dimension or style but should fit within a 4′ x 4′ space.

The registration numbers are limited. Once you have submitted your abstract, be sure to register for the conference. The fee is $550 (US) for faculty and commercial delegates. For students and Post-Docs it is $450.

Your abstract submission does not register you for the conference.  Registration includes the Titanic Museum Dinner, March 23rd.
