National committee members have the early rise call today with breakfast at 6:30 AM in IEC room 105-106. They will enjoy a Breakfast Pot Pie that includes fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese, and country gravy in a Bouchée shell, served with smashed potatoes.
Remember that today’s snack bar and break will be in the Grand Concourse (level 3). In addition to the hot beverages at the morning break we’ll also have an assortment of pastries in case your sweet tooth wasn’t satisfied last night. There will not be an afternoon break. Today’s snack bar is sponsored by the North Dakota Association of Ag Extension Agents and the South Dakota Association of Ag Extension Professionals, and the morning break is sponsored by the Kansas Extension Agents Association.
Wednesday luncheons feature braised beef tips served over whipped potatoes with asparagus, and chocolate or lemon layer cake for dessert. Check your meal ticket for room assignments.
