We want to make sure you have a great conference, and we want to cover a few last-minute details. Please plan to attend the sons/daughters orientation on Sunday from 6-6:45 p.m. in Room 309 at the Iowa Events Center if you are able. Each youth will receive three T-shirts that can be worn for each day of adventure and will make it easier to keep everyone together. If you are unable to attend orientation, you will receive your t-shirts and gift bags on Monday morning in the Hilton Cloud Ballroom A, Level 2, prior to departing for the first adventure.

We will gather and end every day in the Hilton Cloud Ballroom A, Level 2. Prior to leaving each morning, you will be able to pick up a sack breakfast here to take with you on the bus. There will always be milk, water, soda and an assortment of snacks on the bus.

Please remember to wear your name badge and lanyard. It will be your entrance to events and ticket for many meals (you will also get paper tickets for individual meals). The convention center is part of the Iowa Events Center and security may stop individuals without a name badge.

You will be receiving a water bottle in your gift bags that can be used at water refill stations located throughout the Iowa Events Center! We also will have water in plastic bottles available throughout the conference and on the buses each day.

Remember that hotels and convention meeting rooms may be cooler than you expect so plan and pack accordingly. While you are packing, remember to bring comfortable walking footwear as many of our adventures will include walking.

One of the important items to do NOW is to download the conference app onto your phone. The app will have the latest information and last-minute changes listed. You can download it by going to the app store and select Webex Events App (Socio).
