Welcome to Iowa! The Iowa Association of County Agricultural Agents is excited to host the amazing event in our great state. When you arrive, follow the signs to Registration, located in Memorial Hall on the 300 level of the Iowa Events Center, to pick up your registration packet and drop off Scholarship Auction items at the same time. All registered attendees will receive a registration packet with a name badge, meal tickets (if applicable), tour tickets (if applicable), state fair packets (if applicable), and other goodies. Please wear your name badge at all times as name badges are required to attend NACAA AM/PIC functions, including meals and tours.

After you receive your registration packets, confirm that you have received all the meal and tour tickets that you registered for (please note that all meals and tours were not guaranteed at the time of registration.)

Throughout the event, if you have any questions, need a parking voucher, or want to sign-up for the morning exercise class, slide on over to the Information tables also located in the Memorial Hall space for assistance! Throughout the facility, you can find help from conference volunteers, often in a red polo, wearing conference hats and volunteer lanyards!

Not planning to attend a ticketed meal function or tour?

If you have a ticket for a meal or tour that you do not plan to attend, please leave your tickets at the Ticket Exchange table located next to Registration. Other attendees may be able to use your ticket. If you are turning in a tour ticket, please leave your name as some tours have little room to spare. Wednesday, you can find a drop box at this table to return any unused State Fair tickets and vouchers.

Would you like to attend a meal or tour, but didn’t receive a ticket?

Stop by the Ticket Exchange table to see what extra meal or tour tickets may be available.

Not registered yet?

If you are not already registered, no problem, on-site registration is available! Visit Scott Hawbaker, NACAA Executive Director’s office located behind the registration area (volunteers in the registration space will direct you). Please note that guests registering on-site will not receive meal or tour tickets. Single day on-site registration is $375; Full registration is $575 for Agents, $325 (First Timer Agents less than 5 years employment), $400 for Spouses, Guests, or Youth. You can then visit the Ticket Exchange table to see if any tickets may be available.

Any other questions?

Visit the Information Table if you have any other questions about our Iowa NACAA/AMPIC. We will do our best to find solutions. Our friends with Catch Des Moines have a table in this same space for any questions on visiting the greater Des Moines area.

Again, welcome to Iowa!
