2024 Sponsorship Request, Women in Ag Leadership Conference

I would like to invite you to become a sponsor of the 8th Annual ISU Extension and Outreach Women in Ag Leadership Conference. The event will be held December 4-5, 2024 in Ames, Iowa. With your help, we can keep the cost of attendance affordable so every woman can benefit from this conference.

This year’s theme, ‘Breaking Ground, Seeding Success,’ reflects our overall conference goals. We strive to support women as they deepen their aspirations to lead within their family, farm, agribusiness, and agricultural community.

To accomplish this goal, we designed a conference experience to:
• Increase women’s belief in themselves and the power of life-long learning.
• Create connections with other women that inspire their leadership journey.
• Encourage women to develop practical skills they can apply to their lives.

The conference is planned by a committee of past conference attendees along with the ISU Extension and Outreach Women in Ag team. We’re proud of the committee’s work to develop relevant and timely educational content as well as an enjoyable learning experience.

Unique features of the leadership conference include:
• Women-centered program focused on career development and agricultural issues.
• Educational tours on the ISU campus.
• Highly anticipated guest speakers.
• Skill building workshops and breakout sessions.
• Networking with women leaders in the agricultural industry.
• Women Impacting Agriculture awards.

The ISU Extension and Outreach Women in Ag Program is part of the Extension Farm Management Team and Department of Economics. Visit our website to learn more about previous conferences or our other programs, www.extension.iastate.edu/womeninag.

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of supporting this event.

Sincerely,
Madeline Schultz
