About the Presenter:

Dr. Ledgerwood is a clinical psychologist and Professor in the Substance Addiction Research Division, and Director of the Nicotine and Tobacco Research Division in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. He has published several research articles on problem gambling focusing on co-occurring psychopathology, impulse control and executive function, treatment outreach, and treatment effectiveness. He is past President of the Michigan Association on Problem Gambling. Dr. Ledgerwood has served on several grant review committees for problem gambling research, he has been Associate Editor for Psychology of Addictive Behaviors and is currently a Regional Assistant Editor for International Gambling Studies.
