Roma Heater, RN, BSN earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Missouri. She is a Quality Improvement Advisor for Qsource ESRD Network 10 which serves the state of Illinois and Network 12 which serves Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. She has 15 years of experience as a nurse in a variety of healthcare settings including ESRD, LTC, and hospitals.
