The Iowa Infection Prevention Conference invites exhibitors to participate at the 2025 conference to share information about your agency’s/company’s services and products to healthcare professionals. Anticipated participants include infection preventionists, providers, nurses, and allied health professionals involved with issues and concerns relative to infection prevention. It is anticipated for approximately 200 participants to attend this conference.

To exhibit at the Iowa Infection Prevention Conference 2025, follow this link.  Registration for exhibitors ends on April 25, 2025 at noon. The exhibitor cost is $500 for non-profit government and for private for-profit organizations it is $950 for 1 table and $1700 for two tables.

Non-profit exhibitors will receive the following as part of exhibitor registration:

• One complimentary registration (Additional representatives must register and pay the conference registration fee.)
• 3-minute product video link on conference website
• Conference exhibit space with electricity – 1 table
• Logo and 30 – 45 second video advertisement presented on main screen during break times for both days of the conference
• Complimentary Wi-Fi

Private for-profit exhibitors will receive the following as part of exhibitor registration:

One Table Registration
