The Critical Materials Innovation Hub (CMI) will host its Phase III Kick-Off event on Tues., Jan. 23 – Thurs., Jan. 25, 2024, in Ames, Iowa, at the Scheman Building at Iowa State University. The meeting will include plenary talks, project poster sessions, and technical discussions.

The meeting is open only to CMI Team Members and Affiliates; some events are open only to Team Members. Team Members should travel to Ames on Mon., Jan. 22 for meetings early on Tues. Affiliates should plan to arrive at 10:00 a.m. on Wed., Jan. 24.

Schedule

• Day 1 (Tues., Jan. 23) Team Members only: CMI Focus Area and Project meetings. Poster Session, featuring FA 1: Enhancing and Diversifying Supply and FA 3: Building a Circular Economy at 4:30 p.m
• Day 2 (Wed., Jan. 24) Morning, Team Members only, Affiliates may join at 10 a.m.: Plenary talks all day and a Poster Session featuring FA2: Developing Substitutes and FA4: Crosscutting Research at 3:00 p.m.
• Day 3 (Thurs., Jan. 25) Team Members and Affiliates: Plenary talks in the morning, with plans to adjourn at 11:30 a.m.
