Cancellation Policy
Substitutions can be made at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 10 working days prior to the workshop date for a refund less a $15 admin fee per person; no refunds given within 10 days of the workshop. Please contact Registration Services at registrations@iastate.edu.

Special Needs and Adverse Weather
If you need accommodations for a disability or a dietary restriction or are concerned about weather cancellations, call 515-294-6222.

Please note: Due to scheduling of multiple dates and location, it is highly unlikely a session will be cancelled or postponed due to weather.
