The Fourth International Interactive Symposium on Ultra-High Performance Concrete in North America will be held in Des Moines, IA on June 14-17, 2026. Under the theme UHPC Unites and building upon the success of the first three symposiums in 2016, 2019 and 2023, the goal of the symposium is to share knowledge and experiences in the field of UHPC materials, design, and applications for the continuous advancement of the technology.

The interactive symposium will provide a platform to present recent UHPC activities, research and innovations, as well as the opportunity to participate in expert-led panel discussions, where active participation is encouraged. Panel discussions will cover the latest UHPC advancements across a variety of topics, including one focused on the use of UHPC by the Department of Transportation in multiple states and the challenges they face. The symposium will also cover sustainability, resiliency, numerical and structural modeling, repair and retrofit, bridge design and construction, and security applications. Interactive UHPC project tours return in 2026, too.
