Registration will close at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 16.  After 12:00 p.m. on February 16 if you want to register, please register onsite on Wednesday, February 18 from 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at the registration desk located in the Scheman Building on the 1st Floor Lobby.

Shade Tree Short Course T-shirt
Pre-order a STSC t-shirt for $20 per shirt; pre-order only available with online registration.   Pre-order deadline is January 18th ; after January 18th T-shirts will be available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis at select times during the conference.  T-shirts are unisex sizing – Adult Small through Adult 4XL.

Thursday Lunch Buffet
Lunch on Thursday, Feb. 19 is not included with your registration fee.  Attendees may pre-order an Italian Buffet lunch for $25 during the registration process.   The deadline to guarantee a pre-ordered meal is February 6. Attendees will not be able to purchase a meal ticket for Thursday after February 6th or onsite due to when the venue needs meal guarantees.     Those that pre-ordered a Thursday lunch will receive a meal ticket during registration and will need to present the meal ticket prior to going through the buffet line.

Change in Plans?

If you cannot attend the conference, you may send a substitute – please let us know in advance who will be substituting. Cancellations on or before Feb 11th will be provided a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received Feb 11th and after may receive a partial refund that will be issued after the conference. To cancel your registration email registrations@iastate.edu.
