Ruth Appleton, MHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP is a Human Resources Manager supporting the Vice President for Extension and Outreach and the Vice President for Research. Ruth has been at Iowa State University in HR for over fifteen years and has spent much of that time working with leaders on tricky HR situations that require creativity and panache in order to have positive outcomes. Ruth has her Master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in Human Resource Management.
