Katy Moscoso has served as a human sciences specialist for EFNEP and SNAP-Ed programming at Iowa State University since 2015. Katy holds a Master of Science degree in journalism and mass communication from Iowa State University as well as a degree in child, adult and family services from Iowa State University. Katy has helped with various trainings across the state for both EFNEP and SNAP-Ed programming. Katy has implemented a mentorship program, as well as a wellness initiative.
