Jen Schroeder is currently the Associate Director in Accounts Receivable overseeing the customer service and collection team. Through robust professional experiences, Jen has been working in customer service roles of some sort for more than 25 years – from restaurants to retail to call centers, banking and now student services. After reading “Lessons from the Mouse” as a professional development activity, Jen has taken many of the lessons and incorporated them into her daily interactions not only as a manager and leader but also in working with our student customers and campus partners.
