Jennie Hargrove is the 4-H Positive Youth Development and Vibrant Clubs Specialist with Iowa 4-H/Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. She serves as Chair for the national Youth Living in Poverty Champions Group under the 4-H Program Leader’s Working Group’s Access, Equity, and Belonging Committee.
