Carl Wells is the Director of Equal Opportunity and Title IX coordinator at Iowa State University. He earned a Ph.D. in public health (Arnold School of Public Health, University of South Carolina) with a concentration in human resources (employment law, Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina). As an adjunct faculty member, he teaches employment law, human resources management, and organizational behavior. As his current position requires him to work with and advise senior leadership, he employs many of the principles he teaches in his organizational behavior course.
