Dr. Brenda Allen is the manager for Extension Professional Development. She has worked with ISU Extension and Outreach for 23 years, starting in the 4-H youth development program leading civic engagement and leadership development efforts for youth. For the last 10 years, her focus has been on professional development, facilitating positive youth development, teambuilding, leadership development, communication skills, and diversity, equity and inclusion training opportunities for staff and partners across the state.
