Amber Davis is a Human Resources Manager serving the Drake University Head Start Program. She has been in Human Resources and management consulting for eight years working in various non-profit organizations, including Iowa State University’s Office of Equal Opportunity and UHR. Amber is in the final year of her Master’s degree program in Organizational Psychology, and has a passion for helping leaders learn how to effectively communicate while bringing who they are into the work they do.
