There will be four opportunities to attend Identifying Opioid Misuse, a one day event, that supports professionals in understanding the impacts of opioid use on the community and the nation.

The Iowa Prevention of Opioid Misuse in Women Program is a three year (08/01/2017-06/30/2021) grant awarded to the Iowa Department of Public Health Division of Behavioral Health (IDPH) by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The Prevention of Opioid Misuse in Women Regional Training Series is sponsored by the Iowa Department of Public Health and funded by the Office on Women’s Health, Department of Health and Human Services.

The content at each training will be identical. There is no need to attend more than one session.
