Shuttle Schedule
All participants are encouraged to ride the local shuttles from the Gateway Hotel, to the Scheman Building.

Monday, August 8^th Preconference Tours

Pre-Conference Tour:  Shuttles depart from Hotel Front Desk Lobby.  Check in with staff onsite.
8:00 am Departure	Soft Skills Workshop
Noon Departures	Kemin and PowerPollen

All shuttles will proceed directly to the Corteva Pre-Conference Activity, which includes tours and dinner. Shuttles will depart Corteva at 7:00pm to return to Gateway Hotel.

Tuesday, August 9th

Local Shuttles (Scheman-Gateway)
Shuttles depart approximately every 20 minutes. Times may vary slightly, and Shuttle stops are located at the Gateway Hotel Lobby and the NE Corner of Scheman.
7:15 am-8:30 am	Gateway Hotel to Scheman Building
4:30 pm- 5:30 pm	Scheman Building to Gateway Hotel
5:00 pm-5:30 pm	Scheman Building to Gateway and Dublin Bay and Jethro’s

Evening Shuttles
5:30 -7:30 pm	Gateway to Jethro’s and Dublin Bay
6:00 – 10:00 pm	Enjoy the many dining options in Downtown Ames. From Thai to barbeque to great steaks, there are a variety of options to meet your needs! Last bus departs from Tom Evans at 10:00PM.

Wednesday, August 10th

Daytime Local Shuttles
Shuttles depart approximately every 20 minutes. Times may vary slightly.
7:15 am-8:30 am	Gateway Hotel to Scheman Building (last shuttle departs at 8:30 am)
4:30 pm- 5:30 pm	Scheman Building to Gateway Hotel

Field Tours
Buses depart from the South Parking lot(B-2) for Field tours. Groups will be visiting two locations. On the return, please notify your bus driver if you need to pick up a car at Scheman.

Diversity and Inclusion Dinner
5:30 pm- 9:00 pm	Shuttles depart approximately every 20 minutes. Times may vary slightly, and last shuttle will leave Hansen Agriculture Information Center at 8:45 pm. Parking is also available at the Hansen Ag Center.

Thursday, August 11th
