Signature Events and Sponsorship Opportunities

Anticipated Attendance: 1,000 to 1,200 from all over the United States

All opportunities will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis; and subject to topic suitability. Sponsors will be listed in the program booklet, relevant agenda and all signage. Additional items will be offered to sponsors based on the level of the support provided by them. All events, except the trade show booths, can have single or multiple sponsors.


Trade Show Booth – $1,000
The trade show is open from 1 p.m. Sunday to 4 p.m. Tuesday. Booth spaces are approx. 10’X10’. One table with table cloth; and two chairs provided in the booth.


Registration Materials – $2,500 Plus promotional items
We will distribute company-supplied promotional items (note pads, pens, key chains, etc.) to all conference attendees in their registration bag.


Trade Talks – $3,000 each Maximum number of talks per sponsor is limited
Trade talks are 50-minute sessions offered on Monday and Tuesday. Industry representatives update members on a topic of interest. Three speakers share the time with approximately 15 minutes per speaker.


Tour Bus Lunch – $3,000 each
On Thursday, Conference attendees board buses for Professional Improvement Tours where they visit Iowa farms, agribusinesses and other attractions. Lunch sponsors may address participants on the bus and hand out materials. There will be twenty plus tours.


Meeting Breaks – $3,000
Six breaks are provided during the three days of educational seminars, one each morning and afternoon. Signage will be posted recognizing sponsors. Sponsors may set up additional signage provided it does not interfere with the flow of the break. Participants are typically served both hot and cold beverages, pastries, cut fruit, cookies or brownies, etc.


Luncheon Educational Seminars – Brown Bag and/or Box Lunches – $7,500
These sponsored lunches are offered to attendees as educational programs. Seminar themes are selected by the NACAA Executive Committee. Sponsors are recognized through signage at the program and sponsors serve as host to educational seminars offered by Extension staff and other professionals.


Tour Day Breakfast – $15,000
Prior to the Wednesday Professional Development Tours all attendees gather for breakfast prior to loading of buses. Signage will be posted recognizing sponsors.


VIP Dinner – $15,000
This dinner is provided for the NACAA National Board of Directors and to recognize major donors.


Youth Program (Sons and Daughters) – $15,000
Youth from all over the country will gather in Des Moines during the 2023 National Meeting. They will enjoy a fun and educational week as they visit various Iowa sites.


Day at the State Fair – $15,000
All attendees will be provided with a free entry ticket to Iowa State Fair for any day of the 2023 fair.


Meal at the State Fair – $15,000
All attendees will be provided with a free meal ticket to Iowa State Fair for any day of the 2023 fair.


Life Members Program – $15,000
The Life Members Program includes activities such as speakers, tours and other educational opportunities, as well as hospitality.


Spouse Program – $15,000
The Spouse’s Program will include educational speakers, workshops, tours and hospitality. A special luncheon for spouses that has previously included music and speakers about local culture.


Day Sponsor – $15,000
Be the sponsor for a day during the Annual Meeting. Day sponsors are listed in the program book given to all attendees and are given space for a brief message in that day’s conference newsletter sent out to all attendees.


Opening Session – $20,000
The opening program typically hosts an inspirational/motivational speaker and music along with the presentation of the flag of the United States by a color guard. After the inspirational session, an ice cream social provides an atmosphere of fellowship.


Parking at the Conference Hotels – $25,000
All attendees driving into Des Moines will be provided with free parking for all days of their attendance during the conference. Can be divided up into several smaller sponsorships.


4-H Talent Revue – $30,000
4-H youth from the North Central region will be invited to send audition tapes for the Talent Revue, a highlight of the conference. Approximately 12-15 individual or group acts will be selected. They will arrive on Saturday and spend two days practicing, as well as taking part in some fun activities. Choreographers work to prepare the show with an opening and grand finale.


Welcome Dinner – $30,000
All conference attendees are invited to this opening meal.


Tour Barbecue – $30,000
All conference attendees gather following the Professional Improvement Tours for this event. Typically music and entertainment are provided. Features local Iowa products.


Awards Banquet – $40,000
All conference attendees gather to recognize the achievements of its members including honoring leading scientists for their contributions to agricultural extension. Awards include Hall of Fame, Distinguished Service Awards, and Achievement Awards bestowed upon members. Formal suit and tie attire.
