Description: Iowa’s cost share landscape is full of opportunity… and complexity. This session walks watershed professionals through the basics of public and private conservation incentive programs, then provides a hands-on tutorial on IAWA’s free Conservation Compass tool (TheCompass.ag). Attendees can also contribute feedback to shape the tool’s next iteration. Bring your computer or smartphone to try it out. If you’ve used the tool or have idea, come prepared with observations, wishlist features, pain points, and ideas.
