Flooding and resilience at the intersection of rural and urban communities
Description: This presentation explores challenges and solutions to address excess water from agricultural landscapes that causes flooding in small towns that have outdated and undersized infrastructure and a lack of funding options. All project aspects will be investigated including technical, jurisdictional limitations, and stakeholder engagement.
