Like those technical skills Leadership is something novice through expert level IPs need to be effective in their professional roles. Developing your competency in Leadership takes knowledge, time and practice.
In this session attendees will learn how leadership is an integral part of infection prevention programs, examples of leadership styles and potential ways to advance your leadership skills.
