Dr. Andrew Hennenfent is the Healthcare Associated Infections Program Manager for the Center for Acute Disease Epidemiology. He completed an applied epidemiology fellowship in infectious disease at the District of Columbia Department of Public Health, then oversaw the city’s emerging and zoonotic disease program. Dr. Hennenfent has worked for the State of Iowa since 2018.
