Jessica Ernst

Jessica Ernst, BSN,RN is an Infection Prevention Manager, Employee Health Nurse, and EVS Manager who is passionate about keeping patients and staff safe. She has 18 years of healthcare experience, including hospice, long-term care, infection prevention, EVS leadership, and employee health. She believes environmental services are true clinical partners in patient care and leads with prevention over reaction. Jess earned her RN from Iowa Central in 2011, BSN from Briar Cliff University in 2025 and is dedicated to building cultures where safety comes first and harm is prevented before it occurs.
