The 2025 Integrated Crop Management Conference is being held at the Meadows Events & Conference Center at Prairie Meadows. A block of rooms has been set up at the Prairie Meadows Hotel located at 1 Prairie Meadows Dr. The venue is just minutes away from downtown Des Moines at Interstate 80 exit 142 in Altoona, IA. The conference center is connected to the Prairie Meadows Hotel and includes a pool, fitness center, business center, hotel lounge, complimentary parking, restaurant, café and casino.

A block of rooms has been reserved at a reduced rate of $149/night plus applicable taxes and fees at the Prairie Meadows Hotel. All rooms are the responsibility of conference attendees.
